Chinese manufacturer SainSonic has announced a new 50mm f/1.1 lens for crop sensor cameras that is priced just $169 / £139.99.
Dubbed the Kamlan 50mm f/1.1, the new ‘nifty fifty’ is available for Sony E and Fuji X mounts, as well as Micro Four Thirds.
The Kamlan 50mm f/1.1 offers a focal length equivalent to 75mm on an APS-C camera and boasts an 11-blade aperture with a construction consisting of 5 elements in 5 groups.
SainSonic says its glass is also multi-coated to reduce distortion.
